Please read this info in full to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns, so you will need to cover the cost to send it back.

Please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. If your form is NOT in your package your return processing time will be delayed. If you have miss placed the return form a note including your full name and order number will be fine.

To EXPEDITE your Exchange or Store Credit, email us at returns@cadenshae.co.nz with your original order number and proof of postage (tracking info or the post shop receipt), once this has been sent through we can get that processed for you within 2 working days.

If you are after a refund we will get this processed as soon as it arrives back with us.

We are based in New Zealand and this can take up to an estimated 3-6 weeks to arrive.
